Dirty Sethu violates Court Order
LTTE’s gutter media editor Nadarajah Sethurupan alias Dirty Sethu based in Oslo, Norway is said to have violated the Court Order to pay compensations to the victims and cost of Crown Prosecution Service on the judgement entered against him in London.
Nadarajah Sethurupan and Anushriskumar Thamotherampillai were found guilty on the offence of ‘Threats to kill’ at the Harrow Magistrate Court on 31 May 2007. The two were charged for threatening to kill persons present at the Tamil Broadcasting Corporation (TBC). After a day long hearing, both were committed to prison for 28 days suspended for 12 months. They were ordered not to enter London Borough of Brent & Harrow for twelve months and to pay a compensation of £100 to Mrs Ramarajah (wife of the TBC Co-ordinator) Mr Yogarajah and Mr Vivekananthan and to pay the Crown Prosecution Service £500 each.
According to sources Anushriskumar Thamotherampillai has complied with the order and has honoured the payments. The sources say Nadarajah Sethurupan has not adhered to the Court Order.
Nadarajah Sethurupan proceeded to appeal against the Court decision and the Courts have not considered them due to procedural errors in filing the application.

I am Sethurupan note with concern that you have published a libelous and a highly defamatory and slanderous news item against me in your website. I do not need to pay anything, I am not LTTE’s web editor, I never been to prison for 28 days or 01 days.
